Welcome to Lake Tahoe Yoga studio​!

We are located on Lake Tahoe’s South Shore, minutes from the casinos, only one hour from Reno.  Voted Tahoe’s Best and Tahoe Chamber Blue Ribbon Experience Winner, we offer a variety of daily yoga classes including Vinyasa, Restorative, Alignment, Athletic and more.  Drop-in anytime and meet some of our resident practitioners as well as visitors from around the world.  There is no registration required, you may book online at your convenience.  We are a home-grown studio dedicated to our community. Join us and practice with residents and visitors alike.  We invite you to visit our studio year-round and, during the summer months, bring a towel for regularly scheduled Beach Yoga and Stand Up Paddle Yoga classes.

No ready to join a class?  Have some kinks you need to work out?  Book a private session for yourself or your group and enjoy a practice that caters to your requests.  We offer sessions in the studio or at the location of your choosing.  Bring your bachelorette party, family or corporate group together through the practice of yoga!  We are proud to have offered private sessions for the UNR Football Team, Google, CAJPA and Nike NCAA Basketball as well as residents around the basin.

If you are interested in working 1:1 or, have specific needs, set up a therapeutic yoga session with our director, Jenay, M.S. Counseling, E-RYT500.  Her training includes knowledge of treatment for grief, addiction, eating disorders, physical limitations including knee replacement, back issues, shoulder surgery and more.  She has over 15 years of experience working with children including those diagnosed with spectrum disorders and cognitive disabilities.

​Fit To Be Tied
For the bride and groom to be. A practice designed for two. Learn to use Yoga Asana in partner poses. Re-connect with one another, open and relax.

Melt the Worries Away
The day before the “big day” can be more worry than celebration. For the groom or bride-to-be, this private session focuses on relaxation and letting go of the stress and worry. Take the time for yourself and find a bit of bliss before the big day.

This One’s For The Girls
For the Bridal Party. A semi-private session that focuses on heating the body and having fun with Yoga Asana. For groups, this class will help you have fun and recover from whatever it was you did last night.
1 hour and 90 minute sessions available.

Just for the Moms
Give your moms time to bond with this semi-private class. Focusing on gentle poses, using props and supports, this class will help to create relaxation (and maybe get them out of your hair for a while.)

A Family Affair
For groups of 5 or more. Bring the family to Yoga! Get everyone loosened up, stretched out and having fun together! Learn fun poses and try tricky balances. This class is great for children over 5, as well.

Tantra Yoga
Deepen your passion with a tantra yoga practice. Learn postures that can help you develop a deeper connection with your partner through the practice of tantra or passionate practice.
